I always encourage my couples to write their own vows.
You are about to start a new very important chapter of your life with the person you met, get to know, fell in love with. Your love story is unique and nobody but you can express why you are ready to commit to each other. Your promise should be all about you as couple , your feelings for each other, and the fact that you are confident and ready to go through all what life will put on your path because together you are stronger , are better and are able and happy to support each other.

If your religion impose you certain formulas talk to your officiant, rabbi, reverend. minister etc. to see if you are all on the same page. When I got married I had a serious problem with : " I TAKE YOU" . I argued that I was not taking anybody, I was choosing my groom...
I gave my priest a hard time but eventually we found a compromise.
Sometimes it is hard to find the words to express your feelings. I understand that! Especially if you are shy and you have to share your vows not only with your partner but with all your guests.
